Week 1 — Feel & Awaken

Foundations of embodiment, energy, and emotional awareness

Week 2 — Express & Liberate

Embodiment, asana, and intuitive teaching

  • Deepening body awareness, alignment, and postures

  • Hands-on adjustments, cueing, and sequencing practice

  • Voice, movement, and energetic expression for teaching

  • Creative sequencing and intuitive flow

  • Facilitation of peers and small group teaching

THE YOGA SHALA - PRANA HALL

A pyramid-shaped, open-air wooden temple built on sacred geometry to enhance focus and energy flow. Wrapped in mosquito netting for protection yet open to the ocean breeze and birdsong, it feels like practicing inside a living mandala. The hall comfortably fits 25+ mats and was designed for deep presence and connection.

YOUR ACCOMMODATION

Choose from cozy shared rooms in our Garden Houses or private bungalows nestled in the jungle. Every space is designed for rest, reflection, and deep presence during your transformational journey.

The Sanctuary has a beautiful beachfront restaurant where we share nourishing meals with a global community.

People gather from the neighboring bays for evenings filled with good food, laughter, and island magic.

Expect to meet friendly geckos and sometimes monkeys — we are guests in their jungle home.

Founder of Yoga of Emotions®

Welcome to the 21-Day Transformational Teacher Training 2026, in Thailand.

I'm the founder and creator of Yoga of Emotions®, a transformational method born from my lifelong love for movement, emotion, and the intelligence of the body.

My journey began with a degree in Dance, where I discovered that movement is our first language — the body's way of remembering what the mind forgets. Over time, Yoga became the bridge between movement and meaning, body and spirit, emotion and expression.

For more than twelve years, I've been sharing this work around the world — guiding retreats, workshops, and teacher trainings in Europe, Bali, and Thailand. Each circle, each land, and each student has taught me something about presence, truth, and the art of holding sacred space.

"My teachings weave together Hatha, Vinyasa, Trauma informed Yin, Bhakti Yoga, and Dance Therapy, along with somatic and feminine embodiment coaching."

Ceremony is at the heart of all I do. I hold cacao, water, and fire ceremonies, believing that ritual reconnects us to the sacredness of everyday life. The voice and harmonium are an integral part of my work, guiding the energy of the room, supporting emotional flow, and creating a container where the heart can open and the body can remember its own wisdom.

I'm an E-RYT 500 and YACEP certified teacher with Yoga Alliance, yet the wisdom that shapes my work has always come from the living temple of the body — from listening, feeling, and being moved by life itself.

Through Yoga of Emotions®, I invite you to move beyond shapes and sequences — into the landscapes of feeling, truth, and embodiment. This work is not about perfection; it's about presence. It's a remembering of the beauty, depth, and wholeness that already lives within you.

Do I need prior Yoga experience to join?

Yes — a consistent Yoga practice is important. You don’t need to be extremely flexible or experienced, but having a foundation in Yoga allows you to fully engage with the practices and the transformational journey. If you’re not practicing enough, you still have time to start!

Is this training Yoga Alliance certified?

Yes — this is a 200-hour Yoga Alliance certified training. Upon completion, you will receive a certificate recognized internationally, empowering you to teach anywhere in the world.

Where and when is the training held?

The training runs from 13 May – 2 June 2026 at The Sanctuary Thailand, a peaceful, beachfront retreat on Koh Phangan Island — a place where time slows, nature holds you, and you can fully immerse yourself in your growth.

What is included in the program?

This 21-day immersive journey includes all training manuals, mats and props, breakfast and lunch, daily Yoga and somatic practices, ceremonies and rituals, community support, guided excursions, and graduation and blessing ceremonies — everything you need to learn, embody, and transform.

Who is this training for?

This program is for aspiring Yoga teachers, for teachers looking for inspiration, and for practitioners who may not want to teach but are ready for a profound transformational experience that takes their practice to a new level.

Will I learn how to teach?

Yes — you will gain the skills to teach safely, creatively, and intuitively. You will explore hands-on adjustments, sequencing, cueing, facilitation, and guiding transformational experiences — allowing you to share the work from your own lived embodiment.

Are ceremonies and somatic practices included?

Absolutely — ceremonies and rituals are woven into the training, creating space for transformation, while somatic practices are included in daily sessions to help you connect with your body, emotions, and inner wisdom.

How much personal reflection is included?

The training combines structured learning with opportunities for self-inquiry, journaling, meditation, and personal integration, allowing you to bring the teachings fully into your life and practice.

What accommodation options are available?
